Stamina refers to the ability of a person to sustain physical or mental effort over a period of time. It is often used to refer to endurance in athletic activities, but can also refer to the ability to maintain focus and concentration for extended periods of time. Improving stamina can be achieved through regular exercise, proper nutrition, and adequate rest and recovery.

Energy is the amount of fuel or nutrients that are available to the body, as well as the ability of the body to convert those fuels into usable energy.

In Ayurveda, the ancient Indian system of medicine, the source of energy is believed to be derived from the metabolism of the food we eat. According to Ayurveda, the food we eat is transformed into a subtle form of energy called "ojas" through the process of digestion and metabolism. Ojas is considered to be the essence of vitality and is responsible for maintaining overall health and well-being. It is believed to be the foundation of physical strength, mental clarity, and immunity.

Ayurveda recognizes three primary sources of energy:

    1. Agni: Agni is the digestive fire responsible for the metabolism of food and the production of Ojas. A healthy Agni is essential for good digestion and the proper metabolism of food, leading to the production of energy.

    1. Prana: Prana is the vital energy or life force that animates the body. It is responsible for maintaining the body's functions and is believed to be the source of all energy in the body.

    1. Sattva: Sattva is the energy that is responsible for mental and emotional balance. It is believed to be responsible for clarity of mind and emotional stability.

Ayurveda also suggests some techniques to increase energy levels like Yoga, Pranayama, and herbal remedies like Jivan Ratna Ayurveda's Energy Booster.
